The Trail updated

I have decided to condence the trip and skip both Sweden, Mongolia and the Americas. Above is the revised version, the plan is for the trip to take a year and now with this reviewed path this should be achievable.

August weekends

During the month of August I will be making my way around the parks of London with my couchcycle to give out massages to raise money for waterAid and Seeing Hands.
